EVT aims to provide clients with clear and transparent treatment estimates following clinical assessment.

Where emergency surgery, ongoing hospitalisation or intensive care is required, the attending veterinary surgeon will discuss the recommended treatment plan and anticipated costs with the client.

Treatment estimates may need to be revised if the patient’s clinical condition changes or additional investigations or treatment become necessary.

Any significant changes to the anticipated costs will be discussed with the client wherever practicable.

Payment arrangements, including insurance claims and care-free credit applications, will be managed in accordance with EVT’s client terms and conditions.
